1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Devory.AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Devory.AI provides structured AI-assisted development tooling, including documentation, templates, and workflow guidance to help developers ship AI-generated code to production. The Service is provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@devory.ai within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with or build a substantially similar product
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Devory.AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using the Service remains yours. We claim no ownership over your code, projects, or outputs produced with our tooling.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devory.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to paid features. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
